Buster! Today was yet another fruitless day, a total wastage of my precious time. You can laugh at us for being the dumbest dumbasses in the world. It's like we headed to amk hub hoping that many jobs are up for employment(without any form of checking out, eg. from newspaper, internet etc.) As expected, there wasn't much we could find.. what we found were beyond our means(mostly are jobs for 18 & above, and the funny thing is they are just some retail job that a sec4 graduate can do)

Okay, I'm not going to continue looking for jobs without directions. We actually have some jobs in hand currently. Here are some of them: Singtel Promoter, Retail Assistant Islandwide(for christmas & new year season), J.CO(donuts baker), Ntuc retail asst. Even though, we are still not sure which to choose, cos they're either low paid or only hiring for a pathetic month. Well, I should just give it some thought..it's better to be earning little than none.

Putting this aside..

I just went to Shao Ning's Xanga. It's actually quite interesting, it kept me entertained for about 10minutes reading some of her past posts. I never really thought she would leave Xanga and now she's not updating Wix either. Some times, I just don't understand her.. she could never be more weird than that. Alright, I'll stop here as my post would become a literature text if I don't. (I may start a new post, haha. This is not the first time I'm posting so much.. I could even have 5 posts in a row. Mind blowing huh?)

Dear readers, I am trying my best to blog more oftenly, now that it's holidays. I know that's a peice of good news to you yes? Anyway I'm quite determined to be a wizard nowadays. I should unleash the wizardy potential in me hoohoo!

Back to topic..

First day of holiday(which is today) was rather mediocre. Wanted to go around looking for jobs with Shao Ning, but ended up window shopping after the visit to an agency at the CPF building, which was only the first destination of all. Went to a toy shop at Takashimaya, expecting to be employed. When we first reached the entrance, there was this notice which says 'hiring' (how lucky!!!).. but to our disappointement, there's an age requirement of 20 and above. Oh well, that's not lucky at all. Anyway, I decided not to be unhappy as it won't get me anywhere.. and I started enjoying myself at the mall.. HOWEVER, just then, Shao Ning had to go home to have her dinner as her mom bought her Laksa.. and it was only 4plus! OH MY OH MY OH MY. Spoilt mood.

Well, I don't mean to be reproaching her.. but she really spoilt my day. Haha. Anyhow, that meant that I would be coming home to play Magician's Quests Mysterious Times. That's a DS game I just bought, and I'm playing as a wizard to solve quests.. my character's name is Ikki(a girl player) and Laurel is in love with her now.. Soon, I'll break up with Laurel and go after Gary, hehehe. (no no no, I'm not a flirt) By the way, my mom was the one who paid for the game which costs $50.90 *heartache* even though my mom was the one paying. And coming home early also meant that you'd be reading this post earlier, lol.

Time to kick back and relax. I'll be enjoying 5 months & 19 days of holidays! Oh my, that's marvellous! Needless to say, I'm going to earn moolah. Hopefully, I'll be able to work in a pet shop again!(Build a Bear Workshop would make a good alternative too)

Visit to SPCA on World Animal Day!

There're still countless dogs in SPCA to be adopted. I hope people would stop abandoning their pets as it's really not fair to the animals. What did they do wrong to deserve this ill-treatment? Living in SPCA feels as though being imprisoned.. Although SPCA is trying to help them.. I was just thinking if the voluntaries are doing their job? Dogs are not bathed, urine stained all over the cage.. and they're stepping and lying all over their urine.. I hope they carry out good hygiene practice.. for the sake of the animals and also for themselves.. it's not good to suffer from ammonia breathing from discharge of dogs and cats..

Moving on to the rabbits and cats, rabbits' fur were tangled badly, they seriously need removal of knots and lumps. I'm sure there're lumps somewhere in their body, which has to be removed. I've worked in a pet shop and also read from many pets-related books and magazines, I know how serious the knots and lumps can get.. Most importantly, the place is hot! Temperature is too high for animals.. These furry animals are adapted to cooling environment, not suitable to be placed in a warm habitat. And the care for hamsters is the worst! I wonder if they ever cleaned the cages of hamsters.. totally covered in dust, oh my poor darlings! Neglected just because they're small? Being miniature doesn't mean they're insignificant.

All looking bored and lonely.. Poor thing. I hope they stop putting them to sleep! Is it possible to make animals voice their opinion one day? It'd be awesome if they could shout "GET LOST, I'M NOT IN A HURRY TO DIE!"

Please stop pestering me!

I've had enough of that. Sometimes I just wonder how do some people get my email address without asking me when I didn't even leave a trace anywhere on the net. This is not the first time I've come across such cases. People adding me on Windows Live Messenger, formerly known as msn, and start spamming me with messages and ask me to be their girlfriend. I hope these people could leave me alone and give me a break. How do you fall for me when we barely talked before a device, have never met up and don't understand each other at all? I've blocked and deleted more than ten of such people. And I don't wish to appear too unfriendly or mean. They seriously need their brains to be washed.

I mean why the rush to get yourself involved in a relationship? We're still young and what we have is time. Why don't we just let nature take its course? No point dating someone whom you don't really love and doesn't love you. I still insist on my stand. We're youths and we ought to enjoy our carefree life.

So, to all the desperados out there, please leave all the girls alone. They've better things to do than wasting their time on floating idiots like you. Wake up now, it's not too late!
